In the study of languages and cultures, contact has been steadily gaining recognition as one of the key forming factors. In history, nomadic societies, because of their mobility, have been constantly exposed to different influences through contact with their nomadic and sedentary neighbours, as is no less true for Mongolians in the modern globalized world.
With this in mind, we are glad to welcome contributions focusing on linguistic and cultural contacts and their impacts, both within the Mongolian society and between the Mongols and other cultures.

There is no conference fee. The participants are responsible for covering their travel expenses, accommodation and meals.
LANGUAGE OF THE CONFERENCE
The languages of the conference are English and Mongolian.
TIME OF THE PRESENTATION
At the conference, each presenter will be given 20 minutes for the presentation. Each section will be concluded by a 20-minute follow-up discussion.
