Mongolica Pragensia

Mongolica Pragensia, published bi-annually by the Department of Mongolian Studies, Institute of Asian Studies, Faculty of Arts, Charles University, and Triton Prague, is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary international journal for original research papers on Mongolia and the broader region of Inner and Northeastern Asia. The journal publishes articles related to the languages, culture, history, religion and literature of this region as well as reviews of recent scholarly publications.

The journal is pleased to invite the submission of contributions that are relevant to the above-mentioned scope of research.

Information for contributors

Mongolica Pragensia invites original research articles related to the general subject of the journal as well as book reviews and review articles. The research article may be anywhere between 2500 and 7000 words in length.  Proposed contributions should be submitted by e-mail to mongolica.pragensia@seznam.cz or directly to the editor-in-chief (V. Kapišovská, uvs@seznam.cz). After consideration by the editorial board the proposal will be peer-reviewed by two referees, which may take up to six month from the date of submission. When necessary, the editorial board may request a third peer-review. Depending on the results of the peer-review process the proposal for contribution will be accepted, returned to the author for minor or major revisions, or rejected. Contributors are advised  to use the following template for their pages.
