Following the tradition established in October 2022, this conference serves as a comprehensive forum for the exchange of novel insights, findings and experience in research on various contact-related aspects of Mongolic languages and culture.The conference will provide a framework to discuss the following topics:
- Language contact between Mongolic languages
- Contact-based trends and specific developments in Mongolic languages and culture;
- Sociolinguistic situations in Mongolic-speaking areas
- Contact-induced features in Mongolic written or oral literatures
- Development of language, culture and literature in Mongolian diasporas
The working languages at the Conference will be English and Mongolian.
